SCI is a volunteer organisation dedicated to promoting a culture of peace by organising international voluntary projects for people of all ages and backgrounds.  Living and working together with people of different backgrounds helps volunteers to break down barriers and prejudices. It allows them to experience a world of mutual respect and understanding. In this sense, volunteering can be seen as a way of life - a demonstration of the possible reality of a peaceful and cooperative world.

Every donation is welcome

SCI relies on grants from public and private donors to fund its projects. These grants usually have restrictions regarding thematics and region. Therefore we need your help. Your donation will be used to finance voluntary projects, trainings and seminars that are difficult to get funded elsewhere. For example volunteer trainings and meetings in Africa or Latin America, the Asia-Europe exchange programme, a training for trainers for Peace Messengers, or the creation of a travel fund for SCI branches in need to be able to participate in international meetings. Thanks to your donation, we can make a change in the lives of many people and open their minds to a more peaceful, sustainable and just world.

How can you donate?

There are two options:

Pay Pal: You can make monthly donations or a one-time donation through on-line payment by Pay Pal. Every donation is welcome, but of course we encourage monthly donors as this provides us with more structural income. And that will help us a lot in planning and implementing our activities for a more peaceful world.
