The SCI International Tech Team is looking for one or more new members...
The Tech Team have recently launched the new website, and are now working on finalising and improving many features, including the technical aspects of hosting. They also monitor and develop the functioning of the admin site and camp search engine.
Now a small team- Thomas Splettstoesser, Mihai Crisan and Morgana Thomas, and the IS Office LTV Adina Basarim - they are searching for people to volunteer to support them in the technical elements of their work.
This involves,
* technical work on the website (based on the content management system phpwcms),
* documenting and developing the code for the admin site (the communication tool for volunteer placements),
* working in the team on website and other technical development,
* managing the virtual private server (vps) the website is on.
If you have one or more of the following;
* a good knowledge of html and css,
* php knowledge or experience
* some javascript knowledge
* experience with vps
We are looking for motivated people with one or more of the above skills, and a long term interest in SCI, at least one year of involvement. Please contact Thomas or Mihai on
