News from Community Activists Network in Kosovo

The Community Activists Network project in Kosovo is nearing completion of the training month. There are nine volunteers. This month they have three hours of various themes weekdays, and have traveled weekends. The first weekend was in a village that retains many old stone fort houses, staying in one converted to be a guest house, with traditional food and music; also a visit to UNESCO world heritage site Decani Monaster; the second week was a trip to historic Prizren; this weekend the volunteers were camping high in the mountains bordering Montenegro for the weekend. This week they will finish the training, have a few days off, and then they will continue with their various projects.
