Today was a day full of surprises, announcements and late night work!
The awards to the PVP projects were handed out the winners, which are the following:
- Media Award to SCI-Catalunya
- Peace Education Award to SCI-Catalunya
- Working for Peace Award to Sri-Lanka
There was also another award handed out to the branches that had filled in the form sent out by the Evaluation Committee. We were happy to see that the voting tools were traditional Nepalese hats with the SCI logo. But there were also some work to be done, so the 66th annual ICM was opened and there were some interesting debates and work done on amendments to recommendations and resolutions. This work was carried out in smaller groups after dinner, followed by evening entertainment.
