TITLE VII, ACCOUNTING YEAR – FINANCIAL RESULT

Article 33 – Accounting Year

The accounting year of the association starts at January 1 and ends at December 31 of each year.

Article 34 – Financial Result

Any positive financial result enlarges the capital of the association and can in no way be paid out to the members.
