TITLE V, SURVEILLANCE
Article 17 – Surveillance
Seen from a legal and constitutional point of view, surveying the association and controlling the financial situation, the annual accounts and the regularity of the association’s activities as shown in the annual accounts will be done by all effective members individually, as long as the association conforms to the relevant legal criteria.
The auditing power of the individual effective members can be transferred to one of more auditing members elected by the International Committee Meeting that cannot carry out another task in the association or accept any assignment or mandate. These members can be represented by an auditor as stated in the Law.
